1. General Terms and Scope of Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and az8, an online gambling platform operating under international licensing. This Agreement governs all aspects of your use of the az8.best website and all services, products, and features provided therein.

• Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at any time. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password.
• Any activity that occurs in your account is your responsibility, whether carried out by you or by any other party who gains access to your account.
• An az8 account is for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or used on behalf of another person.
• You must notify az8 immediately via customer support if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

az8 reserves the right to freeze accounts that show signs of unusual activity or that fail to complete the identity verification process within the specified period. During the freeze period, no deposits, withdrawals, or betting activity are permitted.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

az8 accepts deposits via the following local payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC, and ETH. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) except for crypto transactions which are processed at the prevailing market rate.

• The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM10.
• The minimum withdrawal for all payment methods is RM50.
• Withdrawal processing time is between 15 minutes and 2 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same account or payment method used for the original deposit.
• az8 does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits or withdrawals.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Loyalty Programme

az8 offers various bonus and promotion programmes from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific wagering requirements set at the time the offer is made. It is the member's responsibility to read and understand the wagering requirements before accepting any bonus.

For the az8 welcome bonus, the following terms apply:

• A welcome bonus of 150% is given on the first deposit up to a maximum value of RM1,500.
• Wagering requirement: the bonus value must be wagered 25 times before a withdrawal can be processed. For example, a RM100 deposit yields a RM150 bonus and a RM250 balance; the wagering requirement is RM150 × 25 = RM3,750.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including opening multiple accounts to claim repeated bonuses, will result in bonus cancellation and account closure.
• az8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion programme at any time without prior notice.

The az8 VIP Programme offers four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback rate — starting from up to 0.2% for the Bronze tier up to 0.8% for the Platinum tier. Tier advancement depends on the member's activity level and loyalty.

5. Game Rules and Betting

az8 offers various game categories including online slots, live casino, sports betting, sic bo, tennis betting, and other games. Each game category has specific rules set by the respective game providers, and az8 is not responsible for any disputes relating to those internal game rules.

• All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled.
• az8 reserves the right to void bets affected by technical errors, system failures, or odds inconsistencies.
• In the event of a connection disruption while a game is in progress, az8 will resolve the round based on records stored on the server.
• Game results produced by the Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealers are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear technical evidence.

6. Prohibited Conduct

To maintain the integrity of the platform and fairness for all members, az8 strictly prohibits the following activities:

• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the az8 platform.
• Manipulation or attempts to exploit any technical vulnerabilities in the game system.
• Collusion between members to gain an unfair advantage during gameplay.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using payment methods not registered under your own name.
• Spreading false or misleading information about az8 to the public.
• Using the az8 platform for any illegal activities, including money laundering.

7. Account Closure and Suspension

You have the right to close your az8 account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Before closure, all balances eligible for withdrawal will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal policy.

• Violation of any provision in this Agreement.
